To ensure this, we have a refund policy for all our products. However, please note that this policy is subject to the following conditions:
1)Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2)To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition along with the dress tag you received as it was shipped out with all tags intact on the items. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a package unwrapping video along with the visual representation of the damages in the video and separate pictures. We accept returns only for damaged products.
3)We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. If there is any defect or damage on the product delivered to you then please get in touch with us at sales@sharvikurtis.com within 7 days of delivery (subject to the product being unused).
